  • The "police chief" said that Chauvin's knees were on Floyd's shoulders. Indeed, there were no marks on Floyd's neck, the marks were on his shoulders the autopsy reported. If the knees had been on the neck the victim would be unconscious in 10 seconds. The case against Chauvin fell apart quickly. At this point the only "injustice" would be a conviction. The government propaganda media lied about the entire Floyd narrative.

  • Too, I have been watching the trial daily and in the context of realizing the defense attorney has to do his best by his client, the defendant ... it is apparent the defense attorney is trying to blame the bystanders (this isn't an explicit accusation, but it is there in almost every question the defense attorney is asking of multiple witnesses and it quickly because apparent where the defense attorney is going with these questions) ... this is truly offensive ... because when you listen to the testimony of the bystanders, who were mostly just kids,.. who witnessed the police wrongly kill George Floyd ... because they witnessed it and felt powerless to do anything to stop it .. they already feel like unwilling accomplices and all of them feel guilt about his death ... and know this defense attorney is trying to blame them entirely for his death as way of negating the responsibility of the police officers primarily Derek Chauvin ...who in truth was the person and the police officers where the ppl with all the power that day ... they were the ones with guns and who had absolute control of that situation ... its so offensive.

  • Anna thank you for the comments regarding counterfeit bills, what most ppl watching the trial perhaps don't realize is that a counterfeit bill can enter enter the system at any point in our monetary system... and blaming or arresting the person who has the counterfeit bill is wrong, NTM local police departments do not investigate or prosecute counterfeiting ... this is a federal crime and it is investigated by the treasury department, local authorities can look into a claim of counterfeiting ... but ultimately anything they find out is handed off to treasury .. it reminds of when they arrested a grade school child for trying to buy her school lunch with counterfeit bill .. you guys reported on this a few years back ... the point being everything the police did that day was wrong right from the start and had no purpose except to kill George Floyd and no one is talking about this.

    • after watching today's testimony in the Derek Chauvin trial ... I am even more convinced the $20 bills in George Floyd's arrest were not counterfeit at all ... every time they are brought up the defense attorney objects and requests a side bar ... I think they ere intentionally with holding the truth of this from the public .. because of the potential to inflame the jury and the public at large.. I don't know id they mention them again later today but the pic they showed of the $20 bills .. they look completely legit .. they are the new $20's

I just think the clerk was unfamiliar with these, perhaps because they aren't in as much circulation as say the new $50's are.

I bet Derek shot someone before and got off because it wasn't the actual shooting that killed him. The coroner's report shows that they died of a lack of blood. Actions have consequences and if you do something that has a very predictable consequence and that consequence is death, you KILLED that person.

Fart FaceFart Face3 ditë më parë
    • @Antonia Carmona Just for your reference the law defines suicide as death by your own hand. That is to say the death is self-inflicted. Homicide, murder is death at the hand of someone else. Party 2 causes the death of Party 1, that's murder that's homicide. When you mentioned defense and prosecution agreed you opined what was wrong was that you disagreed on the amount of time on the neck. Against the police vehicle George Floyd is not going to squirm underneath. The carbon monoxide from the vehicle, the fumes and particulates are not healthful. Unarmed black African American George Floyd is handcuffed behind his back prone and face down on the street pavement. This is already a stress position. With four police officers already on the scene seat him in the police vehicle and take him to the station. Feeling terrified? Then cuff his ankles. The aforementioned stress position has him more than entirely controlled he's not going anywhere. Officer 4 uses his full body weight to control the lower legs. Officer 3 uses his full body weight to control the upper legs. Officer 2 uses his full body weight on George Floyds back and torso compressing his rib cage against the pavement of the street making breathing very shallow and difficult. If it weren't apparent to you already I'll spell it out these three subordinate officers already have George Floyd in a life-threatening condition. Bystanders call out check his pulse, put him in the car. Derek Chauvin(with 18 prior complaints of police brutality and unnecessary use of excessive force contravening his police training) now has his sunglasses pushed up on his head, so he can fully see and enjoy torturing and murdering George Floyd. He so enjoys his work that he has both his hands in his pockets. There are only 16 available hands and knees to crush the life out of George Floyd's back shoulders and neck. In your comment you show some concern about the placement of unnecessary Force on the shoulder not just on the neck. Your focus on the particular number of seconds is not exculpatory evidence in Derek Chauvin's murder of George Floyd.

Nicholas GardinerNicholas Gardiner3 ditë më parë
    • @Noel Pucarua I fervently believe in the right to life for all people. That being said I do not believe that George had his right to life taken away from him when he said he couldn’t breathe. I believe that when you watch the video in it’s entirety (I think it’s about 20mins long) George was believed when he first said he couldn’t breathe, and he was believed again when he told them that it might be better for him on the ground (this can be inferred by him asking to be put on the ground after saying he couldn’t breathe in the back of the vehicle). So do I think George had the right to live absolutely but if you are asking do I think Derek or any other person responding to the scene took away his right to life because of malice or hatred in their heart? No I do not based on the evidence that has been displayed in court thus far. I will continue to watch the trial in its entirety and do my best to derive the truth from the evidence that is being presented. I do want to state that I do not know exactly where I line up on this case yet because the trial is not over. Do I wish that things has gone differently & that George was still alive today? Yes I do without question. Unfortunately the sequence of events that happened almost 1yr ago ended with George losing his life. I pray for him & his family in hopes that they find peace & healing. I also pray that the truth, whatever it might be, will come to light through the course of this trial.

Antonia CarmonaAntonia Carmona4 ditë më parë
    • @Antonia Carmona Read my question again. It says, 'because you couldn't breath'. I like you first amendment, free speech argument. What you do you think about a right to life argument? Do you think George Floyd had a right to life? Someone took it away when he told them he couldn't breath.

Noel PucaruaNoel Pucarua4 ditë më parë
    • @Noel Pucarua would you mind clarifying your question for me? Or at the very least provide me the context that you are using for this hypothetical? I only ask because the videos that have been shown in court show that George was saying that he couldn’t breathe long before he was actually on the ground. As a matter of fact one of the state’s witnesses today upon cross examination stated that it was reasonable for Derek to have Floyd restrained until EMS arrived on scene because of the crowd and the fact that you cannot always believe a person you are attempting to apprehend. So if you are saying would I like the right to say no yes I would like that right, but that right has never been taken away from me or anyone else. By virtue of the first amendment I am allowed to make that request & no one is saying that George was not allowed to make that request. As a matter of fact they complied to his request of being put on the ground, even though George kicked at them when they attempted to move him from the back seat to the ground. If you are asking would I like the right to say no & have them comply with my request the answer gets a bit more nuanced because it really does depend on the situation. Are there people threatening the person restraining me? Could I be lying in an attempt to resist their restraint? etc.

  • I think Floyd knew they were trying to kill him which is why he didn’t want to get in that car.. Chauvin knew Floyd prior to this situation. When will the back story come out? Indifference to Human Life "The third main type of second-degree murder occurs when a victim dies as a result of the perpetrator's extreme indifference to the value of human life. Generally speaking, extreme indifference means an utter disregard of the possibility that an act will kill someone." Third degree murder "Someone can be accused of third-degree murder if they unintentionally cause someone else's death while committing a dangerous act." Not to mention Negligent Homicide. The name speaks for itself. First degree murder requires premeditated malice intent. The aforementioned classifications do not. If ignorance is bliss, you must be one of the happiest people on the planet.

Jun TatsuokaJun Tatsuoka3 ditë më parë
    • @Jun Tatsuoka Your first point is hilarious. How was Chauvin supposed know about the drugs in his system? "According to testimony, in 2016 Chauvin took a 40-hour course on how to recognize people in crisis, including those suffering mental health or drug problems. The course taught officers how to de-escalate those situations." I don't know, maybe because he was trained to recognize the signs. Basically you're asking "how can you expect Chauvin to do what he was trained to do." And if he had 5 times the drugs as you claim. Anyone with training should have easily recognized the signs. Descalation and medical care, per their policy were the priority. Also your point about Floyd saying he couldn't breath while standing is another blunder that contradicts, your already pathetic argument. If he said he couldn't breath even while standing, all the more reason he should have prioritized medical care. As a medical professional pointed out on the stand. The ability to speak doesn't equate with the ability to breath. That's a fact not an opinion. Finally, the different medical examiners disagreed on many details of the autopsy, such as contributing factors. But they all agreed on one thing. George Floyd's death was a homicide, and Chauvin's method of restraint was responsible. The straws are getting smaller. The end. Bye Felicia.

  • One thing TYT leaves out that’s kind of a big deal as usual, they did in fact learn these tactics at the academy when they were training to be a police officer. Fuckin idiots. Obviously there’s never been a policy by a police department to lean on someone’s neck. Now ask yourself where did he learn that? 🤔 oh yeah THE ACADEMY!

David JamesDavid James4 ditë më parë
    • Honestly, at the end of the day, none of this matters. Whether the Academy teaches it and won't admit to it now, whether they don't write it down, but actually teach it, doesn't matter. You will never find anywhere in ANY Academy handbook that says it's ok to continue to cut off a man's oxygen even after he's already motionless. What would the rationale be at that point? If the defense could prove that those techniques were taught in the Academy, wouldn't they have brought it up by now? They haven't. Why not? Maybe they're stupid too like TYT? Maybe you should be the lead defense attorney! Btw, I actually think that is a good strategy and I'm sure the defense will try the, "You know he learned it in the Academy, they just don't document it" angle. It's not like he's got many other angles to defend Chauvin.

      PrivacyPleasePrivacyPlease4 ditë më parë

Murder 2/3 and Manslaughter 2 don't require the prosecution to show intent, only that the individual was reckless and showed a disregard for human life. That's not hard to prove with video footage of Chauvin continuing to apply pressure to Floyd's neck and back after he had already lost consciousness and long after he had stopped resisting. The fact that the emergency vehicle is in the background after Floyd has most likely already died and Charvin is still kneeling on him, is pretty much all we need to see.

All his colleagues cared about was the people watching, who were doing nothing but pleading with the 'officers'. The flimsiness of his defence demonstrates that he really doesn't care about anything other than saving his own hide. I hope he'll be convicted. I hope his colleagues are charged with some kind of accessory charges, along with anybody in the police that defends what happened. But since it's america, I can't imagine a significant custodial sentence. If he doesn't, your country will go insane ... Think the 2012 UK riots but with guns and a militarised police. • The fact that George Floyd was not responsive was not "lost" on the officers. They know when a person's muscles are straining to get back up. Once Floyd went limp they should have gotten off of him immediately. Instead, Chauvin increased pressure on George's neck and kept ignoring pleas to check Floyd's pulse and breathing. They murdered him.

What I'm NOT doing is spending my life on channels I hate, just to be a lying contrarian or reactionary (a right winger). I mean, *really* analyze how pathetic that must be; your life is just so worthless that you spend what little time you have on this planet in the comment section of ALworld channels you don't even support. But these people are so short sighted, they don't even realize that, sure, maybe a person or two get a bit "triggered", but that comment and time spent here just helps the channel gain exposure and engagement. So, for that, I thank 'em.

With "pathetic" being the most frequently used word and "nothing else to do" being the most used phrase. This is what's known as: Projection. But god forbid you have enough sense of shame to actually look at your sorry self. No, just pretend the everything said pointing out what a loser you isn't even in English so you can ignore it. 😏

And it needed more than 9 minutes to achieve his terrible intention. Only the killer know the real motive.

Family MobileFamily Mobile4 ditë më parë
    • @Family Mobile we also have something called human decency and common sense. Watching video showing Chauvins knee was indeed NOT on his neck that could’ve caused asphyxiation, and then your so called witness testimonials had to acknowledge that his knee was on Floyd’s shoulder blade. Also forensic evidence found chewed pills with Floyd’s dna on it inside of the squad car. With the autopsy showing he was 3X over the lethal dose. Doesn’t take much thinking to figure out that Chauvin did not kill him. It was Floyd’s own fault.

    • Knee wasn’t on his neck, not sure how oxygen was being deprived by Chauvin. Must be because the 3x lethal dose of fentanyl. Man was on this walking with his little girl. A little girl he barely spent time with because he was an awful parent that cheated on his girl and robbed a pregnant woman at gun point threatening to kill the child in her womb. But yep, Chauvin is the monster here. Y’all trippin.
